Here the system have the complete list of registered users, you can navigate into the list and see al the users data, edit the data check the app lust user have and as well suspend the user or assign him to a father account (where people introduce the user earn commission). In this panel feature admin can check in real time the sms delivered by apps , admin have a lot of info such as , ID is the unique sms id assigned by system, Sender is is the client send sms to platform, MSISDN receiver is the number to the final user the sms is sen, message is the message text, insertion date is the time the sms has been received by platform, priority is the priority sms have to be delivered, tasks id is related to sms kind or special rules to apply, to device is the time the sms is send to the app for being delivered, device id is the app id that will deliver the sms, delivery date is the time the sms has been given to network to be delivered, is queue is the status , if any queue in system we knows the approximate delivery time by analyzing this data, status is the screenshoot of sms sent (we attempt 3 times to deliver the sms than is putted on undelivered status), sim is the sim into device that deliver the sms and code is the country code the sms has been sent.
Here we list the reply sent from endusers to received sms and we can forward the reply to specific endpoint per client in order to let the company send the sms do interactive services, this works in this way, any sms received on devices (where our apps are installed) is forwarded to our system via HTTP, system understand to which client endpoint the sms have to be forwarded and deliver the reply to the right connection.
Here we can add countries and rates to panel in order to open new markets, we can decide here the standard rate in any new country we add and we can create special rules for single market/client
Here we’ve the logs of all the sms sent by platform and we can knows exact status of anything passed into panel, here we can check logs of anything happens to the sms passed into the system such as which device deliver them , if they got delivered at first attempt or the timestam of the delivery.
